  worst service ever. Took our order but after two hours nothing came. We called and the manager was incredibly rude. He also claimed to have no order even though the order was made and our credit card info was given over the phone. He never put us on hold to check in staff whether an order was taken or anything. He was totally unapologetic and ended the call saying "whatever" and hanging up.
  
  Very disappointed...
  
  and not to mention hungry....

  I went in with a group of 4 people to eat because we were short on time , I ordered first then my friends. I ordered a small cheese pizza, "Simple" right? Clearly not it took them 25 min to get my pizza to me they got all my friends ordereds out before mine then I had to go up and remind them then it was up 6 min later, and they weren't even busy. And to top it off it was horrible the sauce was nasty and the cheese was fake looking and tasting , crust was decent. Anyway I've eaten at papa Gino's twice and I'm not returning after this experience. Don't eat here.
